Road Map

I remember going on family road trips alot when I was younger.  We would leave Florida to venture off to various states such as Texas, Indiana, and all along the east coast to the Tri-State and New England area.  These trips would be so much fun and are still very memorable. 

One thing I do remember is my dad always having a road map handy, we didn't have a GPS back then (with that being said, I am NOT old!) Lol.  He would never leave home without it because it contained valuable information that we would need in order to get to our final destination.  Whenever we felt we were getting lost, the map was readily available to help us get back on track.

What am I trying to say?  In life we need a road map that will lead us into our destination.  Purpose is our destination and goals are what will propel us to get there.  Not only do you need a goal, you must have a plan in full effect.  How will you get there?  When will you get there?  Even if you do not have all of the details ironed out, your vision must be clear! You have to be able to look at that road map and know what direction is North, South, East and West.  When looking at your goals; you must ultimately know, where that goal is taking you.

Many of our plans fail because we fail to plan.  Education and preparation is key to a successful business, project, dream or goal.  Take the time to not only wish for it, but work for it.  There's nothing wrong with dreaming, just make sure you're awake and alert to make your dreams come true. 

God has poured out His heart's desires into our hearts and it is up to us to see what we will do with it.  We have the ability through Him to do great things in life, what is stopping us?  Do you find yourself lost in the middle of the road? If so, pick up the road map, it has all of the instructions and specifications you need to get back on track.  Success is as close or as far as you want it to be.  Like Sheryl Brady says:  You Have It In You!

Fast Forward

This morning I felt like posting this on my facebook:

Someone may need to read this, so I felt like sharing this: Hope it blesses you.

I remember being single & my sister planning a double wedding (I was still single so obviously I thought she was crazy!!!) when I received a word from God, just ONE word! That word was ACCELERATION. He told me that He was accelerating things in my life so my purpose can be fulfilled. 2 weeks later, I met who today is... my husband and we've been married for almost 2 years. God is amazing! I don't know whose life God is accelerating but what may take years, it will take YOU months, what will take months, it will take YOU weeks because there is something that no man can give & only comes from God and it's called Favor. God is about to accelate some things in people's lives so buckle up and get ready because He's taking the fast lane. #AccelerationToYourBlessing

I felt so compelled to share that word with everyone because I knew someone, atleast one person would need to read and receive that word.  And I want that blessing to be extensive to everyone who reads this blog.  I honestly believe that God is ready to fast forward someone's life very soon. Be Alert! Because it's coming soon, will it be you?

A couple of weeks ago I was talking about recalculating and how sometimes our lives does not go according to our plans and when God feels that we are not going down the path that we should be, he recalculates our steps to guide us in the correct path. In order to have that expectancy of receiving something from the Lord, you have to be on the right track, there's just no going around it.  Sorry, wish there was a short cut but there isn't.  BUT I will say this; once we are on track, let me tell you, it's smooth sailing from there.  Well, maybe (at times) not so smooth but with God on our side and guiding our steps, we'll never get lost, make a u-turn or detour from the road we are heading.  Praise God for that! We have no time to waste because our destinations await us.

 

Although we all have a destination in which to arrive, we may not all get there at the same time.  And that's ok, we have different places to go to, different goals, different blessings but ultimately, that destination is the place God wants us to be at a given time in our lives.  Now here's the big question! Be honest with yourself, ok?  Are you where you need to be at?  Let me refrase the question:  Should you have been at your destination a long time ago but you're still enduring the journey? 

This may not apply to everyone, some people are content where they are and that's ok.  Others, have just begun the journey and you must continue it, remember (no short cuts) because along the way you learn so many things about yourself, about others, about God's fidelity and about life as a whole.  BUT there are those few who have endured the long journey, they are like the people of Israel who have been in the desert for 40 years and enough is enough, it's time to enter into the Promise Land.  Am I making sense?  Do you understand what I am saying?  There are those few people who God is ready to do a shift in their lives and things are going to start to happen QUICKLY! Get Ready for God to fast forward your life!!!!

There is an acceleration process that will take place in many people's lives as I stated early on in this blog. That thing what would normally take years to accomplish, will take you months. And what would take someone months, will take you weeks.  Why? Because the time has come for that dream to come to pass, it is time for God's purpose to come to fulfillment in your life and the time is NOW.

If you have felt stuck, to the point where you just don't see how things will progress; you're a great fast forward candidate. If you have no clue as to how things will come to completion, let me tell you something: Stop Stressing because It's your Blessing! God will take care of ALL the details! He will take care of aligning things in your favor.  God will present the Right People, At the Right Time and At the Right Place.  It's not by your power, it is by His power, grace, and love.

 

I encourage you to believe that there is an accelation process coming to your life.  Continue to let your footsteps be guided by God, you may no understand what road you're on right now but trust that you are on the correct path that is leading you straight to your destination of greatness!
